1 Any  source files which  are explicitly  marked  as 'COPYRIGHT 2021 Maia EDA
  Ltd.'  are hereby  released into the public domain, and  may be modified and
  redistributed as required.

2 Some  Verilog source files are  copyrighted by Nexus Electronics Ltd.  Nexus
  should be contacted directly (www.nexus.co.uk) concerning copyright issues.

3  The mtv  and  rtv executables  ('mtv',  'mtv-static', 'rtv',  'rtv-static',
  'mtv.exe',  and 'rtv.exe')  are  Copyright  Maia EDA  Ltd.   You are  hereby
  granted a non-exclusive licence to  use, copy, share, and redistribute these
  files as required.   These files contain no components  which are themselves
  copyrighted in any way that could restrict your rights under this clause.

4 'mtv', 'mtv-static', and 'mtv.exe'  create Verilog source code. No copyright
  claims are made on the generated Verilog source code.

5 The LRM is  Copyright Maia EDA Ltd, and may  only be redistributed according
  to the terms contained in that document.

6 No other Copyright  claims are made on any files  in this distribution which
  are not otherwise covered by Clauses 1 through 5 above.

7 Clauses  1 through 6  above relate  specifically,  and solely, to the 2021.4
  software release.

8 The software is  provided "as is", without warranty of  any kind, express or
  implied, including  but not  limited to  the warranties  of merchantability,
  fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the
  copyright  holders be  liable for  any  claim, damages  or other  liability,
  whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or
  in  connection  with the  software  or  the use  or  other  dealings in  the
  software.
